52 Weeks of Walking - Weeks 11 - 14

I know - I stink.  Here are the missing weeks.  It's been a mad house around here for the past month. Things are getting back to normal now - or as normal as it's going to get...

Don't forget to add up that mileage, stretch and add in a core workout.  I've only added some basic strength training.  When I say basic, I mean BASIC!  Like crunches, push up against the wall and light weight for a few basic arm strengthening exercises.
