I took Sunday off, but wish I hadn't. My total daily steps were very low that day. I don't plan on totally skipping even a small walk again. My legs have been pretty sore this week too - especially my upper legs. I know it's a good sore, but I hope it goes away soon.

Tip for this week: The author of this plan, Mark Fenton, suggests trying to use a pedometer from here on out. I already not only use a pedometer, but I also use a Weight Watcher's Active Link since I like that it measures overall movement. I went through tons of pedometers until I found one I liked. It seemed like they either only measured a third of my steps or it measured my every breath. I finally settled on the Fitbit thanks to the suggestion of a friend. I have the Fitbit One and LOVE it. It measures steps, distance, flights of stairs, calories burned and even hours of sleep. It is worth the investment. :)
