52 Weeks of Walking - Week 7 (August 19 to August 25)

My week 6 Results:



Last week was better, but I'm still falling short of my daily steps goals. Need to work on that this week. At least I'm starting to get into the habit of stretching.


This weeks suggested minimum times are:




Tip for this week:
Don't fixate on how much time you are walking, but on whether you are building good habits.
-Are your walks varying in length and route?
-Are you increasing the number of minutes you walk each week?
-Are you consistently walking and not missing more than one day per week?
-Are you stretching for at least a few minutes after most of your walks?
