52 Weeks of Walking - Week 15 (October 14 through 20)

Here are this week's suggested times.  I'm finding that the suggested times are definitely catching up to my busier days when it's harder to fit in a long walk.



The author of the book I am using suggests thinking about this week's times as a minimum amount of walking as a daily habit from now on - as in even after the 52 weeks is over.  This amount of walking time will be beneficial even if I don't go any further with this program.  
I do know that I hate not being able to get out and walk on any given day.  This has absolutely become a new habit that I am glad for.
